Android has already declared Nougat as its sweetest release. The seventh iteration of Android has new things to offer to the users like cool features—to be precise, 250 features.
The most talked about feature has been the improved Quick Settings. Nougat offers a mightier facet of the OS by providing full control over the layout. The user can move the tiles according to their own wish. One can tap the edit button and add, remove, or reorder all the Quick Settings.
Mobile phone users always complain about the limitation of multi-tasking but Nougat just made it easier. Multi-window will allow the user to run two apps concurrently in easily resizable windows. Double-tapping the Multitasking button will open the recently used app.
The Doze feature will simply save the battery life even if the phone is in motion. Even the ones with a limited data plan will be benefitted with Nougat. It will block background data and command the apps to use less data, if likely.
Nougat even has the feature where a person can reply to messages and emails directly when the notification pops up which refrains the user from opening the app separately. The problem here is that it only supports Google Hangout at the moment. A user can also select Night Mode to adjust the light according to their need, a much-needed feature for those night-owls.
Gamers will definitely give three cheers to Nougat for its ability to support advanced Vulkan 3D rendering API. And those who eat, live and breathe emoji, the sweetest release brought 72 new emojis with it. Google has been lauded for this treat and fans expect more to come soon.
