Former Press Services International writer, now author, actress, and model, Charlotte (Charlie) Goiris (Cox), was a guest at Melbourne’s Waverley Christian College “Book Week.”
Charlie spoke to Year 9, Year 11 and Year 12 students about how important Jesus is to her life. She explained this meant she had to turn some work down because it clashed with her moral conscious but her faith had been strengthened through the process.
Charlie also shared her tips with students for acting, public speaking and writing. Charlie’s career in writing was boosted by her time with PSI’s “Young Writers” with regular Comment articles in Christian Today Australia.
Her impressive resume includes numerous Christian articles, a children’s book, working as an actress and voice-over artist. Charlie is soon to complete a Theology Degree at Melbourne School of Theology.
Waverley Christian College’s “Book Week” aimed to give students exposure to inspirational Christian writes and develop student’s love of literature.
