A track from the album leaked to the web this week features the vocals of her bandmates Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, as well as Beyoncé's sister, Solange.
Beyoncé can be heard singing the second verse and continuing into the chorus in Williams' remixed version of a Nigerian gospel hymn, "When Jesus Says Yes".
The track is perfectly upbeat for the feel-good summer season and the feedback has been positive on social media.
Williams took to Twitter to share with fans that the version put out to the web was not actually the finished product.
The tweet to her 649,000 Twitter followers revealed her disappointment: "Unfortunately an unmixed and mastered version of a song was leaked today! Wanted it 2 be presented right! Thx for the love though! #p*****."
Lyrics to the song include: "I'm not worried 'bout a thing / Cause I know You are guiding me / Where You lead me Lord I will go / I have no fear cause I know who's in control."
She may feel gutted it got leaked prematurely but fans certainly don't seem disappointed with what they heard.
One YouTube user wrote "I'm bout to get my praise on!", while another wrote: "Miiiiiiiichelle you go girl! You took this song to a whole other level! You kept the original nigerian feel to it with a little more of your personality! Wowzers! Love how you staying true to who you are as a believer! God bless you! #Jesus #Jesus #Jesus"
The video has since been taken down due to a copyright claim by Entertainment One.
