The bible speaks of this is Romans 8 verse 16 (see above) and the text leaves us both pondering and wondering the possible. This was an experience of mine and this is how it transpired.
Sometimes saying little allows the imagination to reveal the possible. I live on the Gold Coast and a local very popular tourist spot is Point Danger which is the headland and the border line of Queensland and New South Wales.
The view east is magnificent across the Pacific Ocean, north following the coast line is the sensational view to Surfers Paradise.
Overlooking the Gold Coast one night from Point Danger I had a thought about a massive ship celebrating God and life.
Imagine the titanic but converted into a church. Everyone is invited and it is not exclusive to any denomination.
Imagine looking out from the shoreline to a huge ship at day and at night a massive ball of light and music.
Imagine homeless people being treated with respect and clothed and showered and being able to join with everyone.
Imagine if whilst building the Titanic II, Clive Palmer realised the meaning of life. The world will look to this ship either way. It will be a tourist attraction.
Imagine a Bible College based on this ship.
Imagine living in accommodation where you look out your window to see the whole of the Gold Coast.
Imagine a ship in each big city around Australia. Imagine them all around the world.
The amount of money that is being thrown around this country and the world can make this vision extremely real.
"...I'm very grateful to God that that's happened in my life.
- Clive Palmer
