Friends alum, Jennifer Aniston is in a great new relationship with Justin Theroux, has just given the performance of her lifetime in Cake and may actually win a Golden Globe, possibly an Academy Award, for it.
But despite all her recent accomplishments, it seems people just can't get enough of her relationship history—specifically the one where she used to be married to Brad Pitt.
In a recent interview, the star was asked whether it was still painful for the actress to be constantly asked about her divorce from the A-list Hollywood hunk.
"I don't find it painful, though," Aniston said. "I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic."
So despite tabloid reports that claim otherwise, it does look like Aniston might have actually moved on from her public breakup with Pitt, who is now married to fellow A-lister, Angelina Jolie.
When pressed about whether or not the two still communicate—
"We've exchanged good wishes and all that sort of stuff to each other, but not a constant thing," Aniston candidly replies. "I mean, do you talk to your ex-wife?" she asks her interviewer.
Her critically acclaimed film, Cake, is slated for a January 2015 release.
