Speculation has been circulating among fans that NVIDIA is undergoing preparation for the release of GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1060.
According to Laptop Media, the 1050 Ti and 1060 are confirmed to be the successors to the mobile GTX 950M and 960M GPUs. The new chips will feature GDDR5 memory and wider bus width.
The report also mentioned that the 1050 Ti will have 4GB of 128-bit GDDR5 memory while the 1060 will have a wider 192-bit 6GB of GDDR5 VRAM with a second confirmation that the 1050 Ti is code-named N17P-G1 and the 1060 is N17E-G1.
Gamers on a tight budget after spending on games and DLC packs are hoping that the upcoming model range between $150 to $200 USD.
Currently, rumors predict that the NVIDIA will be launching the GTX 1060 for desktop on July 14, with the 1050 Ti arriving at a later date.
