Despite being notoriously secretive about their relationship, Sean Penn and Charlize Theron still find themselves in the thick of speculations regarding an impending nuptials.
Recent reports say that the couple are reportedly planning to tie the knot, joining a slew of Hollywood proposals and A-list engagements just before 2014 came to a close.
But a rep for the actor says that the latest buzz surrounding the Oscar couple's relationship is nothing more than speculation. No further comments were provided by Penn's official rep, while Theron's camp didn't respond to requests to confirm the rumours.
The couple, who was first linked back in December 2013 made their first red carpet debut as an item at the Fame and Philanthropy post-Oscar event in March of 2014. Theron then confirmed the news in an interview with Vogue, months after the two were constantly spotted in each other's company.
Should the two decide to say their 'I dos,' this would be the third marriage for Penn who was previously married to Madonna in the 80s and to House of Cards star, Robin Wright in 1996 to 2010. Theron on the other hand was in a nine year relationship with Stuart Townsend that ended back in 2010.
