Fox's 'Sleepy Hollow' has made some big changes heading into its fourth season. Emmy Award winner Jeremy Davies is all set for a recurring role in upcoming season as a billionaire tech mogul.
Davies will play Malcolm Dreyfuss, whom the network describes as "eccentric and outspoken" and built a fortune for himself before the age of 30." The network also teases that Dreyfuss has since been "seeking other worlds to conquer."
According to the report, Dreyfuss is Crane's "dark mirror," representing "capitalism and democracy gone awry- a perversion of the American dream that Crane and the Founding Fathers fought so hard to establish."
The character will be a key shift away from the type of villains Ichabod crane and Abbie Mills has battled in previous seasons of supernatural drama series. This time around, Ichabod Crane will battle a new villain from this era in Season 4 setting an experimental tone for the new episodes.
Davies is known for his portrayal of Dickie Bennett in Justified, his role in Lost as Daniel Faraday and guest role in Lucifer.
He will next be seen in upcoming revival of David Lynch's Twin Peaks on Showtime.
