Hope seems to be on our mind constantly at the start of each year. It’s a time where we can believe in ourselves to achieve great things and we believe we can see transformation in our lives and even believe we can finally have the healthy lifestyle we really want.

Trust God with what’s next
As people try to get to know you, they’ll often want to know what your five-year plan is. What they’re really asking is, “what are you passionate about?”, “What makes you tick?” and as much as I love to find that out about people, when the question comes back around to me, I struggle.
