During Gamescom 2016, Europe's largest gaming and entertainment trade fair, Nintendo revealed some new add-ons and information regarding 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' on a live stream.
The latest revelation featured the gameplay of the forthcoming Nintendo 3DS role playing game. Ahead of the 'Pokémon Sun and Moon' gameplay live stream, here are a few things to appear in the live broadcast.
The game developer, Game Freak, has introduced a new Pokemon named 'Turtonator', a fire and dragon-type Pokemon. However, earlier, a number of Pokemon were expected to make an appearance including Wishiwashi, Morelull and Pyukumuku.
The newly introduced Pokemon is a native to the Alola region, who can be found close to volcanoes. The creature's belly is defenceless to attacks, but fortunately, its Shell Armor has special abilities that help it in protection. Moreover, it also has a unique move known as Shell Trap
The game publishers will be streaming more trailers and information from Sun and Moon at Gamescom soon.
As per the Alola Region, presently there are four natural islands and one man-made island available as per different stages. The thing that makes the Alola Region appealing is the island challenges which await each Pokémon trainer. It is also expected that the publishers will offer a glance of the final opponent at the island that includes Totem Pokémon or kahuna battles.
Also revealed were three Pokémon including Alola Marowak, Alola Raichu and Alola Meowth. Based on the trailer and the leaked information about these three, they have modified looks that will be different from their original forms and also a thrilling story plot regarding their evolution.
'Pokémon Sun and Moon' is scheduled to be released on November 18 in the U.S. and November 23 in the U.K.
