One7 is husband and wife team, Rupert & Daniela Penrith. They share a desire is to connect and engage with people by partnering with churches and organisations to reach out to communities using music and relevant messages.
The release of their new album "Fade" coincides with their east coast tour. They will be presenting concerts, featuring in church services, sharing music, stories and messages. They believe that some people are going to encounter Jesus for the first time and that others will be encouraged and inspired to make a difference in their community.
The album contains songs that tackle many real life issues that people face in their everyday life, songs that celebrate life and songs that offer perspective.
Some big name musicians are featured on the new album; Peter Shurley, Jared Hashek (Compliments of Gus), Mark Peric (Planetshakers) and Darran Muller.
"We have decided to name the album 'Fade' as it really reflects our hearts for this body of work to be used for Gods glory, not ours. Fade is a song on the album that speaks of God's reminder to us that through His word, life is bigger than us and what we want out of it." say Daniela and Rupert.
The desire they carry for this album is that it will be in the hands of people who will be inspired, ministered to and drawn closer by God.
"We have been doing some real soul searching over the last month, looking back at the things God has done and being ever thankful that God chooses to use us in this way, for His glory."
