The poster, which is intended to be displayed on church notice boards features the faces of two women, one glamorous and healthy, the other beaten and destitute.
"We hope the poster will dispel the widespread myth that women involved in prostitution lead a glamorous and happy life, when in fact many are enslaved and forced to service men against their will," presenter and campaign member, Maria Toth commented.
"The 'Not for Sale' poster highlights the real face of prostitution - women, many of whom are trafficked from other parts of the world and forced into a life of modern slavery here in the UK."
Beneath the shocking contrast of the two women's faces are facts from the campaign, stating 84 per cent of women currently in brothels are highly likely to have been trafficked into the UK and are working against their will.
The poster also states that 50 per cent of the demand for these brothels is driven by adult service adverts found in local newspapers and the internet. Premier Media Group are campaigning against the presence of these adverts as a first step against human trafficking of sex workers in the UK.
"For some churches, the subject matter may be unsettling," Toth said, "But we believe this is an issue that needs to be brought into the light and the church can play a great part in changing the fate of these 10,000 women in the UK held against their will."
"Because of their plight we're asking that churches display the poster on their notice boards and encourage their congregation to sign a letter of support online at www.premier.org.uk/notforsale."
