In the past 5 years, Bray has been spending time in Australia working on projects such as Crossroad Distribution, and the Sonfest touring company. "The last five years in Australia have been a great time of growth, both for me personally and in my business ventures,' he told http://www.christianmusicnews.net.'The distribution company, which represents EMI CMG and Veggie tales in Australia, has expanded exponentially over the last few years, and that has allowed me the flexibility to come back to Nashville to bring this former relationship full circle."
Wes Campbell, Inpop CEO and co-founder, says the decision to bring Bray back into the fold means a solid future and a positive, new direction for the label.
"Dale has nearly 20 years of experience in the music industry and he knows the record business inside and out. His experience will be key for our continued growth, and we are thrilled that he will join us again for this new era of Inpop Records," Campbell told http://www.christianmusicnews.net.
Upon returning to Nashville with his family, Bray has a clear vision and goal for the year of 2006. "Superchic[k] and Tree63 have garnered incredible radio and retail success, thus laying a solid framework for Inpop to build on. Looking forward, we'll launch three new artists in early 2006, and we will also widen our focus to become a multi-genre label."
