Bonnie Dowie (Adelaide), Emily Black (Melbourne), Sabrina Meyer (Christchurch), Irenie How (Christchurch) and Justin Monaghan (Adelaide) received 'special' awards at the Press Service International (PSI) young writers conference held in Sydney.
The Press Service International program sees these young writer's articles published in Christian Today which in turn is part of CMCI – Christian Media Corporation International, the largest Christian news provider around the world.

Bonnie Dowie
Bonnie loves all things old-fashioned, exploring new places, coffee with friends and being with her family. She is passionate about broken hearts and relationships being restored through the power of vulnerability and honesty with God and others. Bonnie has a Bachelor of Humanitarian and Community Studies and a Master of International Public Health, and hopes to work in developing countries one day.

Emily Black
Emily Black is passionate about writing and seeks to write raw, authentic and timely pieces that disturb and comfort, engage justice and fundamentally empower. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Melbourne and actively desires to pursue a life of untainted freedom through Jesus Christ.

Sabrina Meyer
Sabrina Meyer is in her second year at university studying English and History with a knack for procrastination and a passion for learning. Her spare time consists majorly of reading, watching YouTuber 'Let's Plays' and getting overly enthused about K-pop, with a dash of gaming to throw in the mix.

Irenie How
Irenie How is young yet, by the grace of God, was saved while she was running away from and fighting against Him. God showed her that He is the Lord and she wants you to know this too. After becoming a Christian she finished studying to become a graphic designer and as this she currently works full-time in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Justin Monaghan
Justin Monaghan is currently launching as a professional prophetic artist under the label JR Faith Creations and runs a creative home fellowship with his wife Liana. Justin is also heavily involved in his local surfing community of South Australia as a surf coach, a judge of surf contests and a member of Christian Surfers

Dr Mark Tronson is a Baptist minister (retired) who served as the Australian cricket team chaplain for 17 years (2000 ret) and established Life After Cricket in 2001. He was recognised by the Olympic Ministry Medal in 2009 presented by Carl Lewis Olympian of the Century. He mentors young writers and has written 24 books, and enjoys writing. He is married to Delma, with four adult children and grand-children.
