This is after acquiring businesses in Mexico and India. Foodpanda takes over several food delivery companies in Central Eastern Europe. They are highly motivated and aspiring to become the world's equivalent for online food ordering service.
Foodpanda is a Delivery Hero. This company and its competitors Just-Eat of Britain and GrubHub of US are among the key brands in an international competition to assist takeaway restaurants cater to local customers through mobile and online food ordering apps.

In Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, this company takes over Donesi.com and will join operations under the Donesi brand. The customers can access to more than 550 restaurants.
Foodpanda seal the deal to become the market leader in Hungary by acquiring NetPincer.hu. NetPincer.hu was established back in 1999 and partnered with more than 550 restaurants in all the Hungarian major cities.
In addition, Foodpanda has taken over Pauza.hr, Croatia's online food delivery company. Pauza.hr was founded in 2008 and provides food take away and delivery from hundreds of restaurants.
