His purpose is twofold.|PIC2|
When he's not racing, Andrew travels the country, speaking to groups, conventions and school students about his exploits on the track, and his decision to race with the name of Jesus all over his car.
This in turn allows him to introduce people to the concept of Jesus, and to the excitement of racing and the Yokohama V8 Ute Series and the Fujitsu Supercar Series.
Andrew spoke to the attendees about the importance of being 'Intentional' with your time, your money and your faith.
"I run a business, have a young family, drive two race cars, and
speak at conferences and schools, as well as all the work we do with Compassion and 'Jesus. All about life'," says Andrew. " It is important I am intentional with my time.
"Compassion is a great example of being intentional. They need to ensure every dollar is well spent. We all need to be intentional, so we can be true to our faith and ourselves.
"Later this year, the Bible Society is running the massive'Jesus.
All about life' campaign. We have had to be extremely intentional
with the money we spend, the placement of the message and the message itself because without proper consideration, we could not fulfil our 'intention' which is to make Jesus a topic of general discussion."
Andrew considers the conference an enormous success.
"Men attend this conference to consider their faith, " says
Andrew. "Jesus came that we may have life to the full. We are able to show them Christians can do anything- as long as they do it with integrity."
Andrew chose the massive conference as the launch of the new look for the Jesus Racing Team.
Both the V8 Ute and the Supercar are now a stunning combination of black, red and silver, which is sure to pull focus on the racetrack.
