The space-adventure survival game developed by Hello Games, No Man's Sky, was released on PC on August 12. Since its launch, gamers have been facing issues and glitches related to frequent game crashing and overloading. The hugely hyped space game's developers have now come out with more responses on the issues.
Hello Games, in a Steam forum, stated, "Even as loads of gamers are enjoying No Man's Sky, the developers are tracking a number of issues, as well as they are working hard to fix glitches as fast as feasible."

The No Man's Sky support team has been continuously updating the support forum related to the queries coming-in. The auto-response, support@hellogames.co.uk, has also been updated so that gamers can be helped with some common fixes and glitches.
The game developer also claims that they have filed tickets for every single complaint or query with the support system and in return the team is responding to them.
The No Man's Sky team also reported that they have also found that a lot of people have been using systems, which are below the specified system configurations, or on systems that do not have the minimum specifications required for the game.
The game developers also said that in addition to the key issues, they have also found some bugs and are working to resolve them.
