Gunshots were heard in a church in Florida on Tuesday after an altercation involving the church pastor and an employee.
Pastor Terry Howell of Living Water Fellowship in Osceola reportedly critically wounded an employee with his gun right after he reportedly fired at the pastor.
According to the report by New York Daily News, Pastor Howell told church maintenance employee, Benjamin Parongan that he was fired from his position at around 8a.m. Tuesday.
Afterwards, Parongan pulled out his handgun and fired multiple shots at the pastor, failing to hit him.
Pastor Howell then pulled out his own gun and fired at Parongan. In the report, police authorities are looking at the angle of self-defense.
Police will reportedly file charges against Parongan, who is currently in Osceola Regional Medical Center for treatment.
