A year after the crash that claimed the life of The Fast and The Furious star Paul Walker took place, the actor's family is now allegedly seeking nearly $2 million from the heirs of the driver of the vehicle, Roger Rodas.
Both Rodas and Walker were killed in a vehicular accident last year where the Porsche Carrera GT Rodas was driving crashed, with Paul Walker riding shotgun. Further investigations revealed that the cause of the accident was speed.
Paul Walker III, who serves as the late actor's executor, is now filing a claim amounting over $1.8M against Rodas' beneficiaries.
According to documents, Rodas' family "is in possession of numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned" by the deceased actor. The Fast and Furious actor's estate is now asking for Rodas to return the vehicles or the money owned from the sale of the vehicles.
