Romans says that God's existence is self-evident on account of creation, and that people suppress the truth on account of the evil desires in their hearts - that is they have their own personal motivations for rejecting the truth.
This truth is inherently discernable and easily understood, if they would only approach it with honest enquiry. Instead such people wilfully embrace falsehood, and then become convinced by error through deceptive and clever arguments.
This wilful denial of the intuitive knowledge of God, forces them to adopt the lie, as the only recourse to put away a nagging conscience. By adopting the lie one can replace his native system of moral values with different ones, which are easier and lighter on his conscience, especially when he indulges his guilty pleasures.
Only now the movers and trend setters, the elites in control of the carnal-culture-industry are not content with maintaining their own godless delusion, they must impose it on everyone else by disseminating it to the masses, who receptively drink it up.
Satan's propagandist
Satan's propagandist choose the talking points, the direction of discussion, the slanted and subtle assumptions behind every news heading. They infiltrate school curricula and university textbooks with their swindling and crafty arguments. They monopolise the airwaves and all mediums of discussion, so the truth is never heard. And they have collaborated to persuade successive generations to assume their world view from a young age.
Ultimately they have succeeded in supplanting and overthrowing moral-norms laid-down by many generations of our God-fearing ancestors.
The cultural elite, Satan's propagandists, engage in mass indoctrination through movies, lectures and news media. A generation switches its mind off to uncritically imbibe worldly themes, carefully crafted lyrics and ideas which oppose the Gospel.
These subtle themes and ideas are now repeated so often that they have been normalised and taken on the assumption to be right and true.
Though the relentless effort of the carnal culture industry by its influence on the receptive masses, distorted impressions and false caricatures are formed the people's minds. Prejudice and distrust are attached to traditional belief systems by constant negative and critical portrayals in media and academia. Until finally these ideas once deemed right and noble by our culture have been rejected and spurned.
The masses have been conditioned to recoil at any mention of traditional values and the Gospel, as the implanted thoughts and associations are now strongly imbedded their minds.
The effort to stigmatise and marginalise Christianity and it's attending values, operates only as a means to suppress the truth and purge it from society. This is because it pierces the veil of their self-delusion and reminds them of the inescapable truth that haunts them. Because one day the truth will catch up, and they will no longer be able to live in the delusion when they stand before the judgement seat of Christ.
