AMC has announced a preview special for Season 7 of 'The Walking Dead' which will give fans a sneak-peak of what's in store in the upcoming series, airing October.
Chris Hardwick, host of the Talking Dead, along with a few other special guests are set to divulge an hour-long preview special featuring behind-the-scenes footage and cast interviews.
The series is expected to take a winter break after its eighth episode, with the second half taking place after the Super Bowl. Thus, the mid season premiere may happen on February 12 next year and the next eight episodes telecasted till April 2.
Season 6 left fans with the burning question of who Negan chose to kill with his barbed-wire bat Lucille, with reports stating that fans are not going to like it when the victim is revealed.
The AMC hit series follows the story of a group of survivors led by officer Rick Grimes amid a zombie apocalypse.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, AMC has roped in four new actors as regular casts in the upcoming season. Negan, played by Jeffery Dean Morgan will be joined by Dwight (Austin Amelio), Jesus (Tom Payne) and Gregory (Xander Berkely) as regulars. Of the 20 regular characters now, one is going to die in the first episode of season 7.
The Walking Dead will be returning on October 23 on AMC.
