According to the latest reports, upcoming professional wrestling game, "WWE 2K17" developed by Yuke's and Visual Concepts, will have a totally new gameplay.
Some of the rumours regarding the number of WWE stars, which are expected to join the roster in the upcoming title, have been doing rounds. Initially, it was stated that the game will have at least 150 WWE superstars.
The game publisher, 2K Games' community manager Bryan Vore wrote a post stating that 150 was the initial number of wrestlers in the development coding, however, the final roster is still under process. Vore also claimed that this time, the game will feature the largest ever roster.
Although, the publisher claims that there is just one shortcoming of "WWE 2K17," that is some WWE stars including Shinsuke Nakamura, Apollo Crews and Nia Jax can be accessible in the game's "NXT Edition" or by the means of DLC, whereas Goldberg will only be available if the player has pre-ordered "WWE 2K17."
In addition, 2K Games also announced some exciting features of the game that have been incorporated, including four in-game mechanics.
Also, the first ever addition is "Backstage Brawls and Fighting in the Crowd," where players would be able to wrestle beyond the WWE Universe as well as backstage inside the building.
Another feature which has been introduced is the taunting system in which player's favourite WWE Superstars will be able to taunt his or her challenger giving them additional boost of a partial momentum boost and high damage. Also, the gamers can rest for a while to regain their stamina to fight.
"WWE 2K17" is scheduled for release on October 11 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3.
