Satan doesn’t care that you go to church

It’s half way through 2023, why would Satan care if you go to church?

If that’s the extent of your relationship with your creator he’s got nothing to be concerned about. A quick glance at the current state of our world reveals his children are in dire need of an intimate relationship with their creator. A relationship that has them living out their faith more when they aren’t attending church than when they are. A closer examination of too many churches sees them doing his work for him anyway.

Did you know babies are being killed legally in Australia? I’m not referring to babies inside the womb, I’m talking about babies outside of the womb.

Did you know adults are being killed legally in Canada? I’m not talking about the death penalty for criminals, I’m talking about people for any reason being granted euthanasia.

Did you know children are now essentially the property of the government? Just look at what the schools are teaching and the laws the governments are enacting.

Did you know adults are legally changing genders in Australia with zero medical intervention? You can legally be what ever you self identify as..

Did you know you can get medical approval to remove parts of your anatomy in under an hour during the initial over the phone consultation? I’m not talking cosmetic surgery as we have historically known it I’m talking about someone claiming they are a different gender and getting approval for those body parts to be removed within minutes.

Did you know police are no longer enforcing crime in America? There is no deterrent for stealing in some states and cities as police don’t do anything under certain amounts.

Do you know how actively governments around the world are working on taking away property rights? What about the cost of living increases and energy shortages that they are engineering?

I could easily write an article on any of those and I’d have the rest of my articles written for the year.

I recently had a chat with a local who ran in the last election. They told me of the apathy in the local churches across all denominations in getting involved in politics.

For anyone believing that Christians shouldn’t be involved in politics can you please contact me and let me know where in the Bible you draw this belief from?

Alternatively when so many laws are being passed that are blatantly the opposite of God’s design for our lives, how do you tackle these laws without direct intervention?

Society as we have known it has changed. If you don’t put your faith into action you may be told by your government that you are no longer permitted to have your faith if you want to live.  The scary end times movies of the 80’s seemed like nothing more than low budget art until recently. Now, no longer being naive to the programming of mainstream media I am sadly seeing the freedoms so many died for being given up freely in my lifetime. Please stop listening to the fear, and stop spreading it yourself. That’s been the real pandemic of the past few years. Too many bowing down to fear rather than standing up for the truth.

Chances are if you are reading this you may know at least a little of the pain and suffering Jesus went through before he died. What about the disciples? Other than Judas there are graphic accounts of the torture they endured while telling people they were loved. Almost all of them died for their faith, and we’ve grown so comfortable in our expectations of life that many are sleepwalking their faith.

If you are living each day actively making a positive impact in your community thank you. I sincerely mean that thank you. It takes courage in 2023 to genuinely sacrifice.

If you aren’t, please thoughtfully consider what you can do. Maybe you don’t want to be prime minister but your local council could do with more Godly morals and ethics. Maybe you don’t have the courage to run for council but when was the last time you contacted them on the laws they are enacting in your community? Or your state or federal politicians. The vocal minorities are being heard because they aren’t staying quiet.

What about your local schools? Have you done anything about what they are teaching the future generations?

There is only one universal truth. Your truth, or my truth are only opinions. Let’s get back to the truth and watch our communities flourish again. Or we can continue to watch as our leaders substitute unalienable freedom for totalitarian control. The choice is yours.
