The Kiwi young writers initiated their ‘standing alone’ in January this year whereby the New Zealand young writers developed their own properly functioning operations.
Now, the International young writers have initiated their ‘standing alone’ where they too have developed their properly functional operations.
The idea of ‘standing alone’ was to set aside the Kiwis followed by the international young writers to materially operate their respective programs within the Press Service International who provide young people international columns in Christian Today.

Switching the weeks
The young writer program functions in a 5 week cycle – each week has its own team consisting on a coordinator, an editor and a photo selector.
The 18-30 year old internationals had been ‘Week 1’ - they have been moved to ‘Week 4’ as the Over 31s internationals were and remain as ‘Week 5’ This means the internationals are now Weeks 4 and 5.
This has necessitated the Australians who occupied Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - to move one week back - which means now Week 1, 2 and 3.
