Bridget Brenton producer of the One Day in Melbourne video
Bridget Brenton's short video highlights One Day in Melbourne last Saturday (19 May) held at the Craigieburn Salvation Army.
This was the 3rd annual One Day in Melbourne for mission publication editors, writers, designers, social media mavens, authors, bloggers, self-publishers ….
The focus was on the forgotten Christian media, all those small publications – mostly on-line, not the major denominational publications who already have their audience.
The top of the line presenters gave their time at no cost so as to ensure such mission agencies received a thorough concordant.
Humour is never far away from One Day in Melbourne where it took the IT experts some 7 minutes to figure out how to connect Ashley Saunder's IT presentation and this photo represents this drama.

Last Saturday's program
The MC was the Reverend Bob Thomas, editor New Life saw the WarCry editor David Goodwin address issues associated missions and the iCloud.
After lunch Ben Campbell director of the Australasian Africa Enterprise addressed International missions communication followed by Ashley Saunders the Director of FamilyVoice Australia on Medium size missions communications.
Captain Peter Brookshaw of Craigieburn Salvation Army coordinated the small groups planning for 2019.
The idea was to start and finish in order that interstate registrations could fly into Melbourne and fly home - all on the same day – One Day in Melbourne. We also realise others may make it a weekend in Melbourne and stay over for a myriad of purposes.

Young writer editors
Press Service International is a ministry of Well-Being Australia which provides young writers for publishing in Christian Today Australia and Christian Today New Zealand.
The young writer program is set up with 5 week Cycles as there are 85 young people engaged in this ministry. Each of those 5 weeks has its own editor and coordinator, otherwise the task becomes over cumbersome.
It is these editors and coordinates who met over lunch at last Saturday's One Day in Melbourne as they did last year.
Their Brain's Trust Chair Sam Gillespie of Sydney, a PhD student in Classical Composing, as he did last year, led the group in relevant discussion points.
Those attending were Jeremy Dover, Wes Tronson, Rebecca Moore, Phil Hall, Bridget Brenton, Sam Gillespie – and determined to move back the week editor's note one week in the weekly memo and to encourage young writers to their private Facebook page for discussions.
