I'm a Jesus freak

By John Lemmon - Press Service International

Being a Jesus freak does not mean you are a freak. It just means that you care about the things of the Lord more than the things of this world.

But with the state of the world these days, following Jesus is becoming harder as governments and people in the world oppose the things of the Lord. The opposition to the Lord is being unveiled in all parts of our daily lives.

But as a Christian, I am saying in this song that I don't really care what other people might think. I will follow the Lord regardless of what people think...even if they think it is a freaky thing to do.

The value of following the Lord both for this life and what He is offering in the future vastly surpasses anything this world has or can offer.

So, as the song says, I'm happy I'm a Jesus Freak!

Since retiring from work, John Lemmon now spends his time teaching, preaching and writing about the word of God, online and offline, answering God's call on him to “Speak to my people.” You can connect with John on Twitter (@JohnBLemmon) or on his website: freegiftfromgod.com/ or listen to his podcast on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/au/podcast/the-free-gift-from-god-podcast/id1440682375
