Press Service International in conjunction with Christian Today provide 109 columns of space for the young writer program, which spells 6 articles every day over a 5 week Cycle. Do the maths – 50 weeks a year. Every writer does 10 articles.
Way back in 2013 the program introduced annual Awards with a 5 Panellists – today with 109 writers this requires many more panellists than 5 and moreover, spilt up into various groups.
These groups are
Australians 18-30 years
Australians Over 31s
Internationals 18-30 years
Internationals Over 31s
Kiwi 18-30 years
Sport writers
Senior writers – Post Over 31s
Each of these groups have 5 panellists each
plus 7 groups x 5 panellists = 35 people
Plus with 15 Over 31s moved into the senior writers - there was a rightful push to see those fifteen Over 31s young writers to likewise being marked for annual awards.
