The Panellists
The seven sets of panellists marked each article from January to July. Under consideration is moving toward the Australasian Religious Press Association (ARPA) where each Christian media member sends in their Best Article (Best cover, Best whatever). They are then marked.
Should the young writer ministry in this direction it would reduce the work load of the Panellists from marking 5 Cycles to only 1 Cycle (at the end of the marling season) with each young writer sending in their Best Article.
Soundings are being taken to the Panellists for their responses – certainly those who have responded to date warm to this idea – one panellist is concerned that what a young writer considers to be their best article might be off the mark by objective panellists. The same panellist realised there is a subjective analysis which every way it is done.
