Femininity is alive and well – the fashion industry thrives on it, the boutique business world depends upon it, social media is full of it, it heralds a woman's sex appeal and the Bible says it is God's wonderful gift to women.
In the recent past, Christian writers has someone construed the idea that "her wonderfully created body" (Song of Solomon) was being denied its natural God given pleasure of being courted for mutual fulfillment and enjoyment.
I am not alone in this. Numerous of our young writers in our Press Service International program with Christian Today have likewise sensed disappointment, the challenging nature of being young and single, and finding a range of other activities to do so as to circumnavigate these basic instincts and Biblical joy.
The word that has been missing in this quest, the bountiful God given nature of femininity. This is a delightful and God provided joy. Women truly enjoy being and looking feminine – the antithesis is political correctness from the 'left' gone mad!
