Sarah Richards has a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from Canterbury University. She has worked as a journalist both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Her writing for Christian media has included Challenge Weekly and Christian Life. Sarah currently works as a communications specialist for a church in Wellington, as well as writing children’s books and running her Christian fitness ministry Praise Moves.
